Yolanda Iannotti

Iannotti, Yolanda, E. (Scalzo), 96, of Providence, died Monday, June 13, 2011 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Iannotti. A lifelong resident of Providence, she was a daughter of the late Francesco and Concetta (Perri) Scalzo.

Yolanda was an employee of Gem Packing for 20 years before retiring.

A devoted mother and grandmother, she leaves a daughter Gail M. Blais of North Providence and a son Louis A. Iannotti and his wife Doreen of Coventry, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She also leaves a sister Tina Guglielmo. She was mother of the late Stephen J. Iannotti and sister of the late Rachael DeTorio, Helen Salvaggio, Elizabeth Storti, Rose DeSimone, Elvira Spaziano, Angelina Franchino, Angelo, Albert, and Frank Scalzo.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9 AM from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Forth St., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Calling hours are Thursday 5-8 PM.
