Theresa Peters

Peters, Theresa “Ruth”, 87, died Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the Hebert Nursing Home in Smithfield.  She was the wife of the late Richard J. Peters.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Omer and Mary (Caine) Charbonneau.

Ruth was a homemaker and a long-time resident of Smithfield.

She leaves five children, David W. Peters, Robert R. Peters, Lori J. Peters, Cheryl Peters-Trotta, and Patricia L. Peters.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Julie Peters, Jenna Peters, Alexandria Peters, Robert Peters, Savanna DiNobile, Ronald DiNobile, Nicole Monigan, and Cortney Trotta, and great-grandchildren, Jayonni and Josiah Trotta, Camden Randle, and Michael Monigan.  She was the mother of the late Jeffrey M. Peters.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service to be held Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 10 AM in the Mausoleum Chapel at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
