Steven Lopez

Lopez, Steven, 21, of Waterman Ave., died Thursday January 31, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.

Steven graduated from East Providence High School in 2010. He was a proud member of their football and wrestling teams and excelled at both. His friends were very important in his life, and he especially enjoyed spending time with them and his family. He also enjoyed playing video games and watching his favorite teams, the Patriots and Celtics. All who knew Steven loved and admired him and enjoyed his company. He will remain in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his brother Decio Oliveira and his wife Debbie, a niece and nephew, Sarah and Kyle Oliveira, and his dear friend, Peg Carroll.


His funeral will be held Tuesday at 8AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike. Greenville. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours Monday 4-8PM. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to a charity of your choice in Steven's memory.
