Robert Corsi

Corsi, Robert, 65, of Johnston, died Saturday December 25, 2010. He was the former husband of Barbara (Merritt) Corsi. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Peter and Anna (Moscarelli) Corsi. Mr. Corsi was a truck driver for former Brooks Pharmacy for over 25 years before retiring in 1992. He was a member of Teamsters Local 251. He was an avid Nascar and New England Patriots fan.

He leaves behind four children, Gina M. Dove and Renee A. Lepre, both of Coventry, Robert M. and Anthony P. Corsi, both of Warwick, five grandchildren, Katelyn and Allison Dove, Michael and Haley Lepre, and Madison Corsi, two sisters, Anna Perrotta and Barbara Sisto, and two brothers, Pasco and Peter Corsi. He was brother of the late Judith D'Amico and Joseph Corsi.

His funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:30 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Tuesday 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Robert Bellarmine Food Closet, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston, RI 02919.
