Rita Gilleran

Gilleran, Rita B. (Cyr), 90, formerly of Lincoln, died December 11, 2013 in Pensacola, FL. She was the wife of the late Eugene F. Gilleran, Jr. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late William and Josephine (Letourneau) Cyr.

Rita is survived by her son, Ronald E. Gilleran and his wife Debra, two grandchildren, Lindsay Beth Rouse and Ryan Steven Gilleran, and a great-granddaughter, Sofia Rouse. She was the mother of the late Steven Gilleran and sister of the late J. Raymond and George Cyr and Albea Lamson.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, December 17th at 8:45 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Jude Church, 301 Front St., Lincoln. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours Monday 5-7 pm.
