Raymond Burns

Burns, Raymond P., 79, died June 10, 2017 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of Ellen E. (Goff) Burns for 41 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Leo T. and Grace M. (Boylan) Burns.

Raymond worked for 32 years as a cook for both Our Lady of Fatima Hospital and Rhode Island School of Design.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his sister, Ellen Cyronak and her husband Danny, many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was the brother of the late Genevieve Mathewson and Leo T. Burns, Jr.
