Paul Tondreau, Sr.

Tondreau, Sr., Paul R., 71, of Marne St., died Thursday October 4, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of the late Hazel M. "Sandy" (Thurber) Tondreau. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Leo and Eva (Ouimette) Tondreau.

Paul was in the Parking business for 40 years before retiring. He was an avid fan of Nascar, New England Patriots, and the Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed snowmobiling.

He is survived by two children, a daughter, Patricia A. Dufour of Johnston, and a son, Paul R. Tondreau, Jr. and his wife Rebecca of East Providence, four grandchildren, who he enjoyed dearly, two brothers, Leo Tondreau, Jr. and Raymond Tondreau, and a sister, Claudette Brown.

His funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:30 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Martha Church, East Providence.
