Patrick Joyce

Patrick Joyce, age 78, a resident of Smithfield for 48 years, passed away suddenly on November 20th 2020.

He was the husband of Leona (Lea) Joyce and father to Joseph Joyce both of Smithfield.

Patrick was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts to the late Joseph and Rita Joyce.

He was a member of the Woonsocket Lions Club for 45 years and the Woonsocket Elks Club for 30 years.  He was a proud historian of his Irish heritage.

Patrick was an independent Financial Consultant for many companies here in Rhode Island and recently retired as the senior Financial Consultant for the Massachusetts Medical Society.

He is survived by his wife Lea, his son Joseph, daughter-in-law Isabel, and granddaughters Shannon and Jillian Joyce, all of Smithfield.

Patrick leaves his brother, William Joyce and wife Sandra from Mansfield, Massachusetts, and his sisters Sandra Mackey and husband George of Hudson, New Hampshire and Kathleen O' Sullivan of Pelham, New Hampshire,

as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are private.
