It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce that Patty passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully and surrounded by loved ones. She was loved dearly and will be missed by all who were touched by her. She was the heart and soul of our home and family.
Patty worked in the electronic industry at a company called CDI for years with many family members and friends. Here is where she made electronic diodes for military spaceships and computers. She then moved into the food industry where she would slice and serve deli meats at various counters until becoming a school lunch lady that everybody adored. She also served free lunches to the children who could not afford to eat on the weekends at Belmont Street Park in Malden, Ma.
Patty enjoyed being with family, cooking, dancing, listening to Rod Stewart and the oldies, playing cards, board games, boating and camping. She loved her animals and taking care of others. She was known for her funny, witty ways of playing jokes on people and her unique home remedies.
Family was everything and what she loved most in life. Nothing brought her more joy than spending nice warm days and nights on the beach, hand in hand with her husband whom she had been with since she was 13yrs old. They had an authentic, special, fairy tale love that was noticed by all. Two people who truly had nothing but admiration for each other.
Our hearts are broken and empty with the loss of our beloved Patty. She is survived by her loving husband Owen A. Beffre Jr. of 47 years, their daughter Patricia and her fiancé Kevin Botelho, their son Owen Beffre III and daughter-in-law Cheryl Beffre, her sister Mary Nadworny and brother-in-law Mike Nadworny.
Patty had five grandchildren including Ariana, Braelyn, Hailey, Kendal and Anthony, two step grandchildren Kayla and Kory Botelho and 3 great grandchildren, Brayden, Jaxon and Lincoln (LJ) along with many nieces and nephews.
Patty exampled how to love without limits. She was definitely a “one of a kind” wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. There is no doubt that she is now with the Lord. We will always cherish the time and memories with her. All our love to you always.
