Nancy Headen

Nancy L. Headen (Shaw), 68, of Johnston, died on November 11, 2022 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.  She was the wife of Ronald D. Headen.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Rita (McDonald) Shaw.

Nancy was a registered nurse for 48 years, most recently working as the Director of Nursing for Access Point RI.

Nancy and Ronald shared six children, Robert Atkinson, Lindsay Godfrey, Gwen Oppert, Erin Jones, Kelly Headen, and the late Jospeh Pavone.  She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and her brother, James Shaw.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 17 ^th from 5-7 pm in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tomorrow Fund at https://www.tomorrowfund.org/ .
