Michael Lasalandra

LaSalandra, Michael L., 73, of Morton Ave., a retired Roadway Express truck driver, died March 18, 2010 at home. He was the husband of Jacqueline E. (Giglio) LaSalandra. Born in East Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Helen (Webb) LaSalandra.

Besides his wife, he leaves a stepson, William Carline III and his wife, Jenifer, of Attleboro, MA, two grandchildren, Jill and Brooke Carline, a sister, Jean Veader and her husband, Frank of Seekonk, MA, a niece, Susan Veader, and a nephew, Michael Veader.

His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Tuesday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
