Ruscetti, Mary "Pearl" (Petitpas), 88, of Providence, died November 4, 2010 at Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of the late John R. Ruscetti and the former wife of the late John F. Mulcahey. Born in North Providence, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Viola (Boudreau) Petitpas.
Pearl was retired from the former New England Telephone Company. She was a member of the AARP Seniors, Kelley-Gazzero Seniors, and the Holy Cross Women's Guild. She enjoyed bingo, playing cards, cruising, and dancing.
She leaves four children, Janice J. DeCesare and her husband, Mike, Kevin W. Mulcahey, Karen A. Mulcahey, and Brian D. Mulcahey, a sister, Trudy Mollo, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late John "Jack" Mulcahey and sister of the late Bertha Barras.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Ave., Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross Church, 18 King Philip St., Providence, RI 02909
