Margaret Williams

Williams, Margaret G. "Peggy", 68, of North Providence, went peacefully to be with the Lord, surrounded by her loving family at Rhode Island Hospital on March 28, 2015.

She leaves her loving son Eric G. Williams, grandson Eric J. Williams and great-grandson Sincier K. Williams. She was the daughter of Margaret F. (Healis) Williams and the late Raymond T. Williams. She also leaves her sisters Meredith McGoings, Leota Varan, Aleatha Dickerson, Rosalyn Williams Washington and brother Raymond T. Williams, Jr. and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Peggy worked as a court clerk for the State of Rhode Island judicial system, in superior and family court, for 38 years before retiring. She was a member of the Chappaquiddick Wampanoag Tribe and a faithful member of Allendale Baptist Church.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4-7 PM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, Rhode Island. A celebration of her life will be held Friday at 11 AM in Allendale Baptist Church, 545 Woonasquatucket Ave, North Providence, Rhode Island. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Allendale Baptist Church.
