Marco Cornachione

Cornachione, Marco A., 95, died January 2, 2018 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the husband of the late Mollie P. (Iannozzi) Cornachione for 73 years until her passing. Born in Providence, he was one of eight children of the late Michele and Antonetta (Pallotta) Cornachione.

Marco had worked for Trifari for 34 years, before retiring 33 years ago.

He is survived by his two children, Joyce Cunha and her late husband Richard and Michael Cornachione and his wife Paola, four grandchildren, Bobby Prando, Robin Cooney, David Prando, and Mark Cunha, seven great-grandchildren, two sisters, Nancy Spaziano and Lucy Russo, a brother, Philip Cornachione, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday from 8-9:30 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
