Manuel Souza, Jr.

Souza, Manuel, Jr., 77, of First Ave., Cranston, died October 21, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Louise M. (Gravelle) Souza. Born in East Providence, he was the son of the late Manuel and Evangeline (Ponte) Souza.

Manuel was a sign builder for Mandeville for over 30 years before retiring.

Besides his wife, he leaves six children, Sharon Pietrzyk, Annette Parent, Susan Gallogly, Shelia Hulme, Rodney Souza, and Lynn Vincent, eleven grandchildren, and two sisters, Helen Judd and Betty King.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 9:30-11 am in the Ocean State Baptist Church, 600 Douglas Pike, Smithfield with a service at 11 am. Burial in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Lighthouse Ministry, C/O OSBC. www.robbinsfuneralhome.com
