Leveille, Madeline T. (Carrier), 81, died Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Cortland Place. She was the wife of the late Laurence R. Leveille. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Marie Jeanne (Paradis) Carrier.

A graduate of Woonsocket High School, Class of 1951, Madeline worked for First National, Mine Safety Appliances, and Leviton Mfg.

Madeline was a Eucharistic Minister at the former St. Lawrence Church in Centredale and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the Knights of Columbus, St. Lawrence Council. She also was formerly on the board of the Little Flower Home. She belonged to both the Our Lady of Peace and the Our Lady of Rosary prayer senecals.

She leaves three daughters, Carol A. Boyer (Scott) of North Providence, Christine M. Leveille of Johnston, and Constance B. Soder of Cranston, six grandchildren, Danielle Fenelon (Willio), Jessica Soder, Carl Boyer, Cory Soder, Theresa and Matthew Boyer, a great-granddaughter, Gabriella, and two sisters, Annette Poisson of Manville and Adele Bolton of Texas. She was sister of the late Aime and Lucille Carrier and Lillian Robitaille.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd, Johnston. Burial to follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Tuesday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Little Flower Home, c/o George O'Loughlin, 304 Cooper St., Tiverton, RI 02878.
