M. Alarie

Alarie, M. Bella (Pimenta), 94, of Farnum Pike, died December 27, 2009 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of the late Rudolph "Rudy" Alarie. A lifelong resident of Smithfield, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Ferrara) Pimenta.

Bella was the co-owner with her late husband of Rudy's Studio for many years until retirement. She and Rudy also founded the Smithfield Little League. Bella was an avid bowler and card player.

She leaves two sons, Allan Alarie and Reynolds Lillibridge, both of Smithfield, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was sister of the late Anthony, John, and Virginia Pimenta.

Visitation and funeral will be held Wednesday 8:30-9:30 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Michael Church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917.
