Laura Ouimet

Ouimet, Laura M., 96, died November 25, 2009 at the Scandinavian Home. She was the wife of the late Ovila A. Ouimet. Born in Fall River, Mass, she was a daughter of the late Zoel and Exilia (Clermont) Heon.

Mrs. Ouimet worked for Parco Manufacturing of Providence for ten years before retiring in 1977.

She is survived by three children, Jeannine Suzor of Warwick, Norman Ouimet of Garden Grove, CA, and David Ouimet of Providence, and a granddaughter, Nicole Suzor. She was sister of the late Leona Laboissonniere, Irene Peloquin and Paul Heon.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Holy Cross Church, Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Sunday 3-6 pm.
