Kathleen Ash

Ash, Kathleen, 72, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the Providence VA Medical Center.

Kathleen was born on December 21, 1944 in Waterbury, CT a daughter of the late Edward J. and Mary A. (Allen) Ash and had lived in Rhode Island for the past 50 years. Kathleen was a U.S. Navy Vietnam War Veteran and a former business owner in Rhode Island.

Kathleen is survived by her sisters, Ann Pugliese and her husband Charlie and Margaret “Peggy” Styfco and her husband Bob; her brother, Edward J. Ash; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends in Rhode Island. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Francis Ash.

Visitation is Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 9-10am at the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, RI, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth Street, North Providence. Burial with Military Honors will follow in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI.
