Judith Unsworth

Unsworth, Judith C. (Schenck), 73, died December 5, 2015 at home. She was the wife of the late Joseph H. Unsworth. Born in Providence and raised in Esmond, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Diana (Monjoe) Schenck.

Judith worked as a CT Technologist for Rhode Island Hospital for many years before retiring.

She is survived by two children, Kerri Lynn Unsworth of North Providence and Joseph Todd Unsworth and his wife Maureen of West Greenwich, five grandchildren, Bradley Smith, Briana Gammon, Brittney Smith, Lauren and Mitchell Unsworth, and two great-grandchildren, Travis and Logan Gammon. She was the mother of the late Gregory J. Unsworth.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 11 am in St. Anthony Church, Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
