Josephine Pezzullo

Pezzullo, Josephine M. (Quintiliani), 97, died October 9, 2015 at Briarcliffe Manor. She was the wife of the late Americo "Bamby" Pezzullo. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose (Ianni) Quintiliani.

Josephine is survived by her four children, John C. Pezzullo and his wife Betty, Gerald P. Pezzullo and his wife Michele, Vicki-Marie Finn and her husband Frank, and Bambi-Louise Capracotta and her husband Louis. She has been blessed with a loving family, including many grand, great-grand, and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by six siblings.

Josephine worked as a secretary for Providence College for 21 years. She also was a crossing guard in Graniteville for many years. She was a former member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, North Providence and of the Brook Village Association. She enjoyed sewing, bowling, and playing cards.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:30 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Monday 4-7 pm.
