John Dimarzo

DiMarzo, John, 77, of Silver Lake, NH, formerly of North Providence, passed away on October 9, 2011 after a long illness. He was the husband of Mary F. (Wills) DiMarzo. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael A. and Rachel (Sciaraffa) DiMarzo.

John owned a commercial cleaning company before retiring. A talented artist who took courses at RISD, John was well-known for his art in New Hampshire. He enjoyed vacationing in Florida during the winter and adored his family.

Besides his wife, he leaves three children, Dawn Burgess of San Diego, CA, John DiMarzo of Johnston, and Dean DiMarzo of Bristol, NH, and two grandchildren, Madison and Dakota. He was the brother of the late Anna Boyle, Marie Beausejour, and Alice DiMarzo.

Visitation will be held Saturday 9:30-10:30 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston.
