John Deangelis

DeAngelis, John R., 55, died January 31, 2011 at Newport Hospital. Born in Providence, he was a son of Carmela (Turchetta) DeAngelis and the late John DeAngelis.

He is survived by three sons, John C. DeAngelis and his girlfriend, Amy Matarese, Jason DeAngelis, and Patrick DeAngelis and his fiancée, Courtney Fitzgerald, four grandchildren, Alyssa DeAngelis, Christian Matarese, Ayralin and Evin DeAngelis, a brother, Thomas DeAngelis and his wife Sandra, and a niece and nephew Michaela and Nicholas DeAngelis.

Visitation will be held Friday 5-8 PM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, with a prayer service at 7:30 PM.
