Hilda Dasilva

DaSilva, Hilda, 94, passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI. Hilda was the daughter of the late Mariano and Maria (Ramos) DaSilva. After working in area mills, she had a 32 year career working in the Meat Department for the Star Market in the Olneyville section of Providence. She is survived by her brother Rodrigue DaSilva and his wife Concetta, her nephew Rodrick DaSilva and his wife Barbara, her niece Janet McHale and her husband Michael, her niece Maryann Duffy and her husband George and her niece Carol-Ann DaSilva. She is also survived by great nephews Matthew DaSilva, Michael and Andrew McHale, Logan Duffy and great nieces Carina and Kyla Duffy.

Friends and relatives are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 9:00 AM at Saint Anthony’s Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, RI 02904 Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private.
