Helen Francisco

Francisco, Helen M., 72, of Chepachet, a retired CNA, died peacefully surrounded by her family, Sunday, February 22, 2015. Born in Springfield, MA, she was a daughter of the late Herbert G. Grant and Ruby E. (Woodward) Grant Hill.

She was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. She also enjoyed fishing.

Besides her best friend and companion Mim Farrar, Helen is survived by her children, Robin Walsh, Patricia Duffy and her husband Ed, Michele Latek and her husband Hank, Danielle Gallo and her husband David, Heather Morgan and Mark Farrar. She was Nawny to her adored grandchildren, Robert Walsh, Jr., Deanna, Jonathan, Tallyn Walsh, Ashley Duffy, Laura Jaswell, Amanda Wood, Eddy Duffy, Steven Wood Jr., Alexander and Nathan Gallo and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Batsford, and brother, Arthur T. Hill and was the beloved Aunt to several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held Friday from 5-8 pm in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. The funeral service and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to A Wish Come True, 1010 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888.
