Harry Dibenedetto

DiBenedetto, Harry, 80, of Pasco Dr, died January 21, 2009 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the husband of Elaine (Breton) DiBenedetto. A lifelong resident of Johnston, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Luigia (DiMichele) DiBenedetto.

Harry was the owner of the former Abode Improvements, then worked as housing inspector for the town of Johnston for 27 years until retiring.

Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Linda Matteson of Scituate, and Diane Balzano of Johnston, a brother Frank DiBenedetto, a sister Evelyn Viscolosi, both of Johnston, four grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He was brother of the late Lawrence and Michael DiBenedetto, Palma Fetta and Frances Buonaccorsi.

His funeral will be Saturday at 9 AM from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston.
