Gerard Grenier

Grenier, Gerard J., 90, a WWII Army veteran, died Sunday March 23, 2014 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of the late Shirley M. (Silvia) Grenier. Born in Smithfield, he was a son of the late Frank and Delia (Gagnon) Grenier.

He is survived by his stepson, Albert Mancini, two nephews, Roland Grenier and Arthur Yeager, and a niece, Geraldine Snow. He was the brother of the late Leo Grenier, Aurore Yeager and Doris Smith.

Visitation will be held Thursday morning 8:30 – 9:30 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church. Burial to follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
