Rasicot, Frank L., 61, died June 22, 2012 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Kathryn E. Rasicot. Born on Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT, he was a son of Lyle G. and Mary C. (Sullivan) Rasicot of North Attleboro.
A self-employed flooring contractor, Frank was a partner and longtime friend of Mark Fitzgerald with The Carpet Gallery in Foxboro, MA. He was a 1974 graduate of Providence College, and was active in coaching the Smithfield Youth Soccer and Basketball Associations, as well as CYO Basketball.
Besides his wife and parents he leaves two sons, Drew and Colin Rasicot, both of Smithfield, four brothers, Michael Rasicot of Wrentham, James Rasicot of No. Attleboro, Patrick Rasicot of Cumberland, and Brian Rasicot of No. Attleboro, and six nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Georgiaville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SYSA or SYBA, Smithfield Recreation, PO Box 17121, Smithfield, RI 02917.
