Martinelli, Frank Robert, of North Providence, and Gun Barrel City, TX, beloved husband of Judith Martinelli, passed away Monday, Nov. 22nd at the age of 69.
Frank was born in Providence, to the late Frank M. Martinelli and Dorothy (D'Attorro) Martinelli. He lived in Rhode Island until this past March when he moved to Texas.
Frank was a baker for over 50 years perfecting his craft in many local bakeries and worked for over 30 years at D. Palmieri's Bakery in Johnston. Cooking and baking for people was Frank's life's joy.
He was a longtime member of Trinity Assembly of God and a recent member of Christian Life Center Church in Gun Barrel, TX.
Besides his wife he leaves 10 children: Jacqueline A. and John Angelone, Francesco M. Martinelli, Vito J. and Robin Martinelli, Domenico J. and Audrea Martinelli, Santino A. and Dana Martinelli, Emilia Martinelli, Spc. Niko Martinelli, Spc. Giana and Anthony Landers, Bianca Martinelli and Rosa Martinelli. He was the beloved brother of JoAnn Ricci, David C. Martinelli, Sylvia and Saverio Caputi, and Kimberly Marone. He also leaves his dear Auntie Gail and Uncle Roger. Frank also leaves 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Viewing hours will be at Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, on Sunday, November 28, from 4-7 PM. Funeral Monday from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence at 9:45 AM. Funeral service in Trinity Assembly of God, 2119 Hartford Ave, Johnston at 11 AM. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
