Evelyn Neri

Neri, Evelyn E. (Pugliese), 86, of Smith St., died September 19, 2010 at Cra-Mar Meadows. She was the wife of the late Michael Neri. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Louiselle (Marino) Pugliese.

Evelyn was a member and past secretary of the Centredale Manor Tenants Association and member of St. Anne's Sodality at St. Lawrence Church.

She is survived by three children, Kenneth M. Neri, Sr. and his wife Diane of Glocester, Paul R. Neri and his partner Carol DiSantis of Coventry, and Bernadette M. LeBlanc of Smithfield, six grandchildren, David and Dan Neri, Ken Neri, Jr., Chris and Jess LeBlanc, and Genevieve Souza, and six great-grandchildren, Harmony Dyer, Tyler and Brooke Souza, Logan LeBlanc, Kason and Luciano Neri.

Her funeral and visitation will be held Wednesday 8:30-9:30 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Lawrence Church. Burial will follow in the RI Veterans Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
