Evelyn Heffernan

Heffernan, Evelyn M. (Dunkerly), 100, died September 30, 2010. She was the wife of the late Joseph E. Heffernan. Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine (Cyr) Dunkerly and sister of the late Raymond Dunkerly.

She leaves a daughter, Janet Quinn-Schluter and her husband Carl of Michigan, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday 8:30-9:30 am in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Church. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Please omit flowers.
