Eric Julius Reed Williams

Eric Julius Reed Williams, 31, of Providence, passed away on February 27, 2025. Born in North Providence, he was the beloved son of Kimberly Reed and Eric G. Williams and stepson of Kelly Harden.

Eric had worked as a chef for many years, at both Providence College and Bryant University. He was dedicated to his craft and considered it a way of serving the community. Eric was known to be hardworking, athletic, fun-loving, and quick to tell a joke. Most of all, he was devoted to his family, especially his son, who was his everything.

Eric is also survived by his son, Sincier Williams and his mother, Natasha Torres, his sister, Leah Harden, his grandmother, Andrea Braica, his niece, his uncles, George and Jason Reed, and many cousins and friends. He was the grandson of the late Margaret “Peggy” Williams.

Services will be respectfully private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Eric Williams Memorial Fund to assist in this time of tremendous loss.
