Eleanor Slaimen

Slaimen, Eleanor L., 89, died Sunday January 27, 2013 at the Morgan Health Center. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Slaimen and Elsie (Laborie) Slaimen.

She was a retired jewelry worker and a parishioner of St. Georges Maronite Church.

She is survived by two siblings, Alice Rosati of Providence, and Leonie L. DiCostanzo of Johnston. She was the sister of the late Yvon L. Slaimen, Yvonne Asacker, Yvonna C. DiPippo, Barbara Ashcroft, Eva Carrara, and Fernand L. Slaimen.

Visitation will be held Friday from 9- 10:15 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. Raymond's Church, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
