Doris Pierre

St. Pierre, Doris M. (Fera), 83, died July 16, 2013 at her daughter's home. She was the beloved wife of George L. St. Pierre for 61 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Vincenza (DeLellis) Fera.

Doris lived a life dedicated to her faith, her family, and her friends. Wherever she made a home, whether it was in Germany or in Great Falls, MT, or in North Providence or West Palm Beach, FL, Doris made everyone feel loved and welcome.

Besides her husband, she leaves three children, Kathy Waite (Michael) of Wilmington, DE, Michael St. Pierre, Esq. (Lisa) of Hope, and Sandra Bissitt (late Charles) of North Providence, eight grandchildren, Matthew Waite (Jennifer), Jonathan Waite (Eliana), Michael, David St. Pierre, Charles, James, Robert Bissitt, and Deborah Mousseau, a great-grandson, Ayden Waite, her brother, Raymond Fera, and many nieces and nephews. She was grandmother of the late Sandi Lee Waite and sister of the late Lena Forde.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:45 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in Holy Apostles Church, Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston. Graveside burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday (tonight) 4-8 pm.
