Donald Ferrante

Ferrante, Donald J., 54, of North Providence, died on June 19, 2019 at Miriam Hospital.  Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Daniel and Irene (Gervais) Ferrante.

Donald was a lifelong food service employee, working in various capacities at The Volturno Club, Rhode Island School of Design, and currently the Veterans Administration Medical Center.  Donald was a loyal New England sports fan.  He loved his family, friends, and his four dogs.

Donald is survived by four siblings, Beverly Burns, Brenda Hudeck and her husband John, Dennis Ferrante, and David Ferrante and his wife Annmarie, several nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.

His funeral will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 10:30 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, followed by words of remembrance at 11 am.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  Calling hours Thursday 5-9 pm.
