Cleo Browne

Browne, Cleo N. (Stanhope), 94, died July 21, 2013 at Cherry Hill Manor. She was the wife of the late Frank Browne. Born in Presque Isle, ME, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Maude (McIntire) Stanhope.

Cleo spent eight years in the US Navy as a registered nurse during WWII and the Korean Conflict. She also was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

She leaves a daughter, Dorinda A. Browne of North Scituate and three grandchildren, Jessica and Melissa Reynolds and Jonathan Russo. She was the mother of the late Nadine Rae Browne.
