McNiel, Clementina "Tina" (Toselli), 91, formerly of Smithfield, died February 1, 2015 at Roberts Health Center. She was the wife of the late Robert Keith McNiel. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Ricardo and Anna (DeLellis) Toselli.

After graduating from Classical High School, she served with the United States Navy from 1943 to 1946. While in the Navy she was a singer with the US Navy Band. She was a member of the Waves National Ocean State Unit 118, where she served as state director from 1992 to 1996. She was a member of the Smithfield Senior Center and served on its board of directors. A former communicant of St. Alban's Church in Centredale, she also sang in the choir. She won the Talent Award for the Ms. Senior Rhode Island Pageant in 1987.

She leaves a son, Donald McNiel and his wife Beverly of Greenville, a daughter Joyce Johannis and her husband Arthur of Narragansett, four grandchildren, Kyle McNiel of Warwick, Eric McNiel of San Francisco, Tyler McNiel of Providence, and Jenessa Johannis of Newport. She also leaves a step-granddaughter Elizabeth Monteforte and her children Brooke and Justin. She was the sister of Jennie Radoccia of Johnston and Dr. Alfred Toselli of Providence.

The funeral will be held Friday at 9:45 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, followed by a Requiem Eucharist at 11 AM in Trinity Episcopal Church, 251 Danielson Pike, North Scituate. Burial, with military honors will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours are Thursday 3:30 to 7 PM.
