Charlotte Mitchell

Mitchell, Charlotte E. (Duckworth), 89, formerly of Smithfield, died Friday September 21, 2012 at South County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert Mitchell. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Hannah (Turner) Duckworth.
Charlotte was a member of the Lime Rock Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Provost and her husband Gregg of Richmond and two grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Kenneth Mitchell.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 AM at the Highland Memorial Park Chapel, 1 Rhode Island Ave., Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cross Mills Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1165, Charlestown, RI 02813. Please visit www.robbinsfuneralhome.com for online condolences.
