Charles Lefebvre

Lefebvre, Charles A., "Mr. GTO", 63, died January 20, 2012 at home. Born in Providence, he was a son of Edna R. (Bouchard) Lefebvre and the late Arthur J. Lefebvre.

Charles was an auto mechanic for the former Scarpetti Oldsmobile and the former Scuncio Chevrolet. He was a member of the Pontiac-Oakland Club and a Vietnam Era US Army veteran.

Besides his mother, he leaves seven siblings, Anne M. Andrade, Beatrice E. Furtado, Diane M. Bolton, Nora J. Crouse, James A. Lefebvre, Mary B. Trombley, and Martin J. Lefebvre, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and two aunts, Lillian Martin and Beatrice Cyr.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 am from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Rocco Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial with military honors will be in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Wednesday 5-8 pm.
