Barbara Siravo

Siravo, Barbara A., 76, of Manton Ave., died June 25, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital. A lifelong resident of Providence, she was a daughter of the late William and Jennie (DiStefano) Siravo.

She leaves three siblings, William Siravo and his wife Carol of Smithfield, Ronald Siravo and his wife Louise of Johnston, and Nancy Hayes and her husband Michael of Greenville, and nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a thoughtful, fun, and loving sister, aunt, and great-aunt, a devout Catholic, a kind and generous friend to many, a walking encyclopedia of family birthdays, a patriotic citizen who enjoyed a good 4th of July parade, and a familiar and friendly face in her beloved city of Providence. She was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Her family service will be held Saturday at 10 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
