Barbara Shorey

Shorey, Barbara J., 55, a homemaker, of Cottage Ave, died Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Napoleon and Evelyn (Ducharme) Nadeau. She was a dedicated and beloved mother and grandmother.

She leaves four children, Kenneth Shorey of Uxbridge, MA, Keri Sagaties of North Providence, Tiffany Shorey of Pawtucket, and Michael Shorey of North Providence, three grandchildren, Jonny, Jordyn, and Bryce, and eleven brothers and sisters. She also leaves her best friend/aunt, Susan Naylor of North Providence.

Barbara's funeral will be held Monday, November 25, 2013, at 10 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, followed by a Requiem Eucharist at 11AM in St. James Church, 474 Fruit Hill Ave, North Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in Johnston. Calling hours are Sunday 4-7 PM.
