Aurore Yorkell

Yorkell, Aurore (Marchand) 89, passes peacefully Saturday, June 29, 2013 surrounded by her children. She was the wife of the late William J.G. Yorkell, Jr. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Felix and Flavia (Jette) Marchand.



Mrs. Yorkell was a resident of Lincoln for 60 years. She was parishioner of St. Edward Church in Pawtucket.



She is survived by her children, William J. G. Yorkell, III and his wife Gail of Hudson, NH, Raymond A. Yorkell and his wife Mary Ellen of South Weymouth, MA, Marie A. Hills and her husband Kenneth of Kissimmee, FL, and Jeannine F. Paquette and her husband Stephen of Smithfield, RI, seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was a sister of the late Alfred Marchand and Anita Dumont.



Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9-10AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. Edward Church, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 245 Waterman St. Ste. 306, Providence, RI 02906.
