Alice Weldon

Weldon, Alice (Wolstencroft), 100, died Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Hebert Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Horace Weldon and Martin W. Peterson. Born in Lancashire, England, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Sarah (Holden) Wolstencroft.

Alice had worked of the school lunch program for 10 years, and was a communicant of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Roy of Johnston, a son, Tedford Peterson of Buchsport, ME and New Zealand, a step son, Richard Weldon, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was sister of the late William Wolstencroft and Edna Chew.
