Alice Heroux

Heroux, Alice E., 88, of Smithfield, died Monday, August 26, 2019 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Ernest N. Heroux.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Alice (Mulligan) Barr.

Alice worked at the former Hospital Trust Bank and the former Bank Boston for 18 years until retiring. She loved to travel, having visited all over the United States and the world.

She leaves two children, Ernest N. Heroux, Jr.and his wife Margaret and Janice Dionne and her husband Ronald, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a brother Edward Barr.  She was the sister of the late Robert Daglieri and Lois Tuason.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10 am in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth Street, North Providence.  Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
