Albert Lewis

Lewis, Albert D., 90, died April 12, 2012 at the North Bay Manor. He was the husband of the late Verna M. (Crawley) Lewis. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Leroy and Lillian (Dronsfield) Lewis.

Albert worked for Federal Products of Providence for 25 years retiring in 1988. He was a member of the Thomas Smith Webb Lodge #43, F and AM, and a communicant of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Centredale. He was an Army Air Corps Veteran of WWII.

He leaves two nieces, Kathleen Johnson and her husband, Ed and Linda Andrade and her husband, Jack. He was the brother of the late Lillian Rawdon.

Albert's funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours will be held Friday 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
